High level sources in the Ministry of Finance say that the central government can announce fitment factor and modified salaries after December 11 this year. The finance ministry sources say that the government has completed its work to meet the demands of the employees.

The government will announce it after the elections in states. The Central Employee Commission says that the wages raised according to the recommendations of the Seven Wages Commission are not valid.

Central employees are demanding that the salary increase still increase. After seven pay salaries, the salary of central employees has gone down to at least 18,000. Where the fitment factor has also been increased 2.57 times.

Employees are demanding that the minimum salary will be increased to 26,000 rupees per month. The fitment factor will be increased to 3.68 times.
